這個月開始統計自己吃甚麼
剛吃了早餐如下....
CAL CARBS PROTEIN FATS
Eggwhites x 7 119 1.68 25.06 7.14
Whole Egg x 1 77 1 6 5
Oats x 2 300 54 10 6
Yogurt x 1 94 12.9 3.6 3.1
Apple x 1 95 25 0 0
Almonds x 10 70 2.5 2.5 6.2
算一算也755卡了...
天阿根本不是減肥餐
但是現在還是餓到不行...
我188/90 肥肉蠻多的 大概在17%左右
一周去健身房5次 重訓1小時 有氧1小時
算一算維持大概需要3500卡
雖然建議是少吃500卡左右
但因為夏天快到了
所以想控制在吃2700左右
可是剛吃完早餐還是好餓...
到底該怎麼辦...
