我一直以來都沒有太胖,但是就手臂跟大腿很粗,爬文知道沒有辦法局部減肥就開始運動
了
飲食上是168間歇性斷食,每個禮拜三次左右運動,是重訓大概30min+爬坡快走30min再拉
筋10min
持續大概2個月左右,我的臀跟肚子都瘦了可是我最在意的大腿跟手臂原封不動.....

想請問我要增加哪種運動才能瘦下來跟想知道我這樣體態大概體脂多少呢?
我想要沒肉的手臂啊~~~
