基本資料
性別 :女
年齡:30
身高:170
體重:59
BMI: 20.4
體脂率: 25% (許久前量的..最近好久沒量了..)
三餐內容
早餐: 1.饅頭夾蛋(但通常吃不完,約吃2/3)
2.吐司夾蛋
3.半個羅宋(方師傅的大羅宋)
通常以上會三選一,不過最近3比較少吃。
還會搭配飲料
韋恩咖啡雙咖啡恩一瓶或半瓶不一定。
午餐: 因為家裡不開伙,所以都外食居多
1.自助餐(3~4菜+小碗飯)
2.鍋燒麵
3.海苔飯捲
4.炒飯(通常都賣一個便當盒,但我吃不完,約吃2/3)
5.乾麵一碗+海帶+半個魯蛋之類的小菜
晚餐: 1.桂格麥片一包加三匙燕麥泡400~500cc的水
其他:我肉類部分只敢吃海鮮(魚、蝦、貝類等)
其他陸地上、空中飛的都不敢吃
(不是為了健康、不是為了減肥,是純粹怕肉的味道,所以都不敢吃,
其實魚也很少吃,漸漸也覺得有肉味。有陣子蛋也不敢吃,最近好一點,= =)
日常作息時間:8:00起床~12:00睡
生活型態:坐辦公桌
減肥方式:我的食量大概就如同上面三餐那樣,不想吃到很飽很撐而讓胃很難受
但也不想因為想減肥就少吃,肚子餓很容易讓我火大。
3個星期前,開始想讓自己再瘦一點,體脂、體重都是
因此開始規律運動
以前都是週末去騎10公里的腳踏車或游泳
3星期前開始
一週兩次瑜珈課(約70分鐘),我本身筋不硬,因此上完課雖會流汗但不太累
2星期前開始加入有氧課程
變成一週一次瑜珈+兩次有氧(有氧約60分鐘)
問題陳述:想請教大家,這樣子的組合(吃的+運動的部分)是ok的嗎?
對減肥是有幫助的嗎?
(雖然到目前為止一公斤都沒瘦= =,但時間長一點是會瘦的嗎?)
還需要增加運動的次數嗎?
雖然我一公斤都沒瘦,但其實規律運動後,讓我精神變好,這是我覺得很棒的
(可是,我仍然想瘦呀...一公斤都沒瘦= =)
對了,吃的部分想再補充水果(小蘋果一顆),但尚未實施。
因為每次吃完三餐後就飽了。
其他,有需要再注意哪些方面呢??謝謝大家喔
