靠著控制熱量、食物過水、一週三-四次踩健身車,
目前已經瘦下來6.5公斤,
一開始體重掉很快,
後來,慢慢的體重就一直不再往下掉,
好傷腦筋,有空就上網找運動資訊,
有點想買跑步機,
不過,想買的沒有人開團合購,
購物網站上的一台就要兩萬以上,
真的是很痛恨自己,
發胖只是讓自己損耗更大,
尤其開始學衣服打版之後(因為衣服不好買),
終於能瞭解,加大尺碼為什麼會比一些衣服貴,
HAHA...布料用比較多嘛!
看到朋友的暱稱,要做M型社會的人,
他意思是指要穿上M號的衣服,(他可是瘦了30kg)
我還停留在XL與2L之間,
我好沮喪。
好不容易脫離飢餓感,
現在,體重卻是再也下不來了,
要換一種方式開始嚕..
是要心一狠做個閃靈刷手買一台跑步機,
(會買跑步機是因為工作時間長,無法去學校操場運動)
還是有其他方法呢?
真的不想再被誤認為是我那明明大我11歲哥哥的姊姊,
那些人永遠不懂,我的心已經悶到瘦成了葡萄乾了...
