想維持目前體態的訓練法? - 健身

本身是重度近視 雙眼1500 1300 有黃斑部病變
有跟醫生討論的結果就是各位都知道的 運動過程中不憋氣 保持呼吸
如今我對自己的體態滿足了 想要降一點重量來維持肌肉量就好
所以想請教各位該怎麼訓練?
目前我自己 以啞鈴握推為例 單邊 24KG 作12下一組的訓練
假如我降重為20KG 15下一組的肌耐力訓練
這樣肌肉量會減嗎?
