想要有肌肉 - 健身

一直都覺得有腹肌很好~
在腰受傷前,每天至少做100下仰臥起坐,
但是在腰受傷並躺床半個月後,很多運動或肌耐力訓練都不能做(超痛)!
已經快10年沒做過重訓、無氧運動。
目前體能狀況極差,想從看似較靜態的(不用跑跳)的運動開始強化肌耐力。
由於不知要問誰,因而到此詢問,
如果我想練背部與腹部肌肉,
在不會讓腰"太"痛的前提之下,有哪些動作能讓我自救趴趴肚?
ps: 女性 / 158cm-42kg / 27歲 / 體脂肪30.7(爆)
