如果要讓臀部緊實提臀變翹,大家推薦哪一種運動或是舞蹈有用呢?
雖然在家會做後踢腿或是跪著抬後腿
但覺得效果沒有太大,不知道是否自己做的次數不夠多(因為覺得無聊)
想說如果是跳舞或是騎腳踏車有用的話應該可以做比較久
但跳舞又該選哪種?
跳國標?還是什麼非洲舞?還是辣妹那種性感扭動的??
還是做瑜珈也能有翹臀效果??
