儘管我已經運動多年成習慣,
但每一次發懶,「去運動」與「不去運動」之間的掙扎,
還是時常上演的戲碼。
很多人在瘦身的過程(通常是新手,但我們都是邊走邊學)
,會因為休息兩三天,
而感到罪惡,而變相的發洩在飲食上,或者之後的運動上。
發洩在飲食上的:
一種是,「既然我今天沒運動,那我就不要吃。」
一種是,「X的,我今天已經沒運動了,飲食今天就吃到爽,
明天再來運動再來節食!」
發洩在之後運動上的:
一是,「昨天既然沒運動,今天操死自己好了。」
另一是,「哎唷...昨天已經沒運動,前功盡棄了,
算了,今天也不要動好了。」(然後就再也沒運動了)
對於「more is not better」這一個觀念,我還在學習跟適應。
我好奇,大家都如何調整自己的心態?
