小女子我下個月即將訂婚 而11月即將為人妻
去年的7月多開始運動 雖然頭3個月體重沒有減輕 反而還變重了一些些
從64.5變成65 但是 幸好我一直都沒有體重迷思 我只看鏡子裡的自己
體重變重沒關係 體態變好即可
運動之前的膽固醇飆到281 運動5個月後我的膽固醇降到169
整個人好像重新活過來似的 反正運動有說不清的好處~
我是這2~3年從40幾kg胖到65kg的
65kg在身高只有152cm的我身上 只能用可怕來形容
45kg的時候我的三圍是32C/24/38.5 屁股真的很大 比例很奇怪 下半身很醜=,=
變胖之後 我的胸圍變成36D 整個人超大隻的 真是矮人界裡頭的熊QQ
昨天去挑婚紗 很高興自己穿S號 而且禮服非常好挑 沒有遇到困難!!
我是以52kg~52.5kg的體重去挑婚紗的 新量出的三圍是大約32D/26~27/37
but我自量最瘦的那圈腰圍是25哩 反正 不管如何都還是要繼續努力XD
整體而言 雖然我現在比45kg時多了7~7.5kg 但是卻比那個時候更fit.
運動是我生活的一部份 養成習慣一點都不困難
千萬不要節食 因為你永遠不知道要付出什麼代價
離結婚還有一段時間 我有信心我會讓自己更Fit.
ya~~擺脫數字的迷思 看看鏡子裡的自己 會得到肯定的!!
