慢走 - 減肥

原PO是個新陳代謝極慢的大嬸
本想藉由一周3~4天快走減肥
結果反而變重了......> <\\
原PO本身不容易流汗,快走一小時,全身都乾乾的
只有嘎吱窩有些些濕氣
中醫說不建議快走,只能做緩慢的運動,例如瑜珈或慢走
連游泳都不行
因為快走完該流的汗都積在身體裡排不出去
運動完又喝更多的水,反而整個水腫得更厲害,才會變胖
天啊! 真是晴天霹靂!!
有沒有人跟我一樣的體質然後減重成功的?
能不能教教怎麼慢走? 降算是運動能瘦嗎?
好沮喪啊~~~~~~~~~
