慢跑2個月瘦10Kg - 減肥

早餐:沒吃...
午餐:便當+茶

日常作息時間:上班09:30~16:30 慢跑17:00~18:00 就寑24:00
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
慢跑60分鐘,心跳數約130~140下
我的問題:其實也沒啥太大的問題...
只是很意外自己胖了20多年 居然只花2個月就回到正常身材...
要是我早一點實行的話大學生活應該會多采多姿吧(誤)
先聲明我本人是非常討厭跑步的
汗流浹背又累又喘 效果又不好
之前也試過不少減肥法 但是都無疾而終...
無意間在電視上看到不會疲勞的慢跑法(有興趣的版友自行搜尋"老師沒教的事"吧)
只是基於想試試的心態試跑了一週
本來半小時的基數 我為了效率私自延長為一小時
飲食習慣沒啥改變 有吃到飽的飯局也不忌口
沒想到一週就-2Kg了
心想可能也是太胖才會瘦這麼快
那就再試試吧
就這樣 2個月後 站立時就看得到自己的腳指頭了
這樣慢跑不會疲勞大概是最大的優點
要說缺點的話 就是非常非常非常無聊~
這2個月來 我幾乎把相聲瓦社的作品全聽遍了
除了下雨或是加班
我幾乎養成天天到學校操場報到的習慣
2個月來跑了52天(自己有紀錄日數和體重)
跑到警衛都認識我了...
食量也逐漸變少
連我自己都很訝異 一下就吃飽了
而且一天沒跑到步就會有點不自在
剛開始跑時每天穿的短褲 現在居然要繫皮帶才能跑
不然跑一下就會滑下來 成暴露狂了
因為我有整整一小時抓著褲子慢跑的經驗XD
現在既然回復正常身材
接下來要對付就是惱人的小腹了
看看能不能把1塊變6塊啦~
