慢跑和游泳如何選擇? - 美體

同樣是一週運動3~4天
慢跑30min(大約3000m)
and
游泳50min(自由式和蛙式)
哪一項對於減肥(尤其是下半身)比較好呢?
另外爬文後大家好像比較建議運動完用餐,
但如果運動完已經快要9點不就變成在吃宵夜,
還是要運動前吃呢?
(目前我都是運動前吃啦~沒辦法下班就瘋狂餓>"<)
