慢跑和跳繩 - 美體

有些關於運動的問題想問問各位@@
暑假後我晚上都會到附近的操場慢跑
可能是因為不常運動的關係所以耐力不好跑不久
幾乎都是跑一圈走一兩圈,偶爾一次跑兩圈再走
無法持續得很久,每次差不多都是走十幾圈跑五圈
只是不知道這樣沒有持續跑的效果好不好???
好像自己施力的部位也有些錯誤,小腿後面會有感覺但大腿都沒有@@
以這樣的方式一到五跑,但量體重還是沒有降讓我有些失望
想要看到一點點的下降才會更有信心吧....
後來買了跳繩,對慢跑就又減少了些動力了(其實本身沒有很喜歡跑步
跳了半小時就全身都是汗
所以想問跳繩和我這樣的跑步方式的話,可以達到運動的效果嗎???
還有,想問問X-bike的評價,最近看到有人在開合購有些心動XDD
推薦買嗎???
