看了很多有關慢跑的文章 ~~~
抱歉 還是想再問一次
慢跑有規定至少要30分鐘才能達到瘦身的效果嗎?
有時真的會跑不動 可能20分鐘用跑的 10分鐘用走的
這樣就白跑了嗎
