慢跑後晚餐選擇 - 健身

大家好喔~
小弟雖然才剛跑完步
可是卻又面臨到每次不知到晚餐該吃什麼的窘境XD
特此想來請教一下各位喔
晚餐的話在運動後固定班底有
A.豆漿
B.茶葉蛋乙顆
就豆漿而言主看是看心情,耐的住慾望就喝無糖豆漿,稍微嘴饞就喝微糖的
茶葉蛋沒有分有糖無糖,所以就單純茶葉蛋一顆
問題來了,C餐點不知道該選擇(鮪魚or肉鬆)御飯糰還是大肉包
其實想一想也知道肉包的脂肪一定比較多,但是就不太知道他含的其他成份是不是有更助於身體肌肉生長
還是要分成有氧跑步時選擇御飯糰
健身房重訓後選擇肉包
還是有其他更好的方案OAQ
