慢跑這樣的速度會很慢嗎 - 減肥

三餐內容
早餐:麵包或是牛奶加燕麥
午餐:在學校吃,都不固定 會吃到8成飽左右
晚餐:沒有吃飯, 只吃菜跟肉 6-7成飽
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:晚睡晚起的學生XDDD
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:一星期三次慢跑 三十分鐘左右
我的問題:
其實很討厭跑步 但最喜歡的瑜伽減肥的速度很慢
所以選了慢跑
想問說 如果5分鐘 跑500-600M會不會太慢?
因為以為慢跑就真的要跑很慢-.- 而且剛開始跑完600M就會放棄
所以現在為了迫自己跑長時間一點 就越跑越慢
還有就是想問 如果訂一個目標 在五月底前減掉3-4KG
這個目標會不會太過份? 因為想說有一個有可能完成的目標
我會更有決心去努力!!!
話說我真的很討厭運動-.- 但這次我一定要成功!!!!!!!!!!!
