慢跑遇到的問題 - 減肥

大家好。
我大約是從去年八九月開始慢跑的,
目的是想減肥。
當時的狀況,是跑的上氣不接下氣,
大概兩百公尺就全身軟綿綿的,幾乎要跌倒。
後來我放慢速度,幾乎跟快走差不多的速度 = =
到現在終於可以跑長一點。
目前我一個禮拜跑四到五天,
一次跑三千公尺左右,
不過速度還是很慢,我跑三千大概要二十分鐘 - -"
我注意自己跑步的狀態,
因為速度不快,因此雖然喘,但還受得了,
每次跑不動,都是因為從心窩的地方開始出現無力感,慢慢擴散到手腳,
那種快要跌倒的感覺又出現了,有點不舒服,我就會停下來
大概有一個月都停滯在這種狀態,
請問,我要怎麼擺脫這種無力感?
還是這種感覺是正常的,必須要撐過去,才能打破這個關卡?
對了,我是利用高中放學後去跑學校操場,
跑之前,下午會吃一兩片土司或是吃顆饅頭、喝個燕麥片之類的下午茶
(爸媽準備的,沒吃掉的話變成他們吃,覺得不好XD)
然後跑完會剝顆橘子,吃完就吃晚餐了
所以應該不會有吃不飽的情況啦 - - 老媽太會款了。
