BMI:20幾吧,沒實際量 (BMI<18.5請勿發文) BMI=體重/身高平方(單位公尺)
心得分享:
原本就屬於易胖體質,容易忽胖忽瘦(這輩子最瘦41kgs,最胖是在國外64kgs)
且都胖在下半身.
前陣子才看了前年最夯的"我可能不會愛你",記得林依晨以前也是肉肉的,但她靠
著節食克制,變得好瘦. 於是我上星期就開始我的減肥計劃,到今天一星期了,瘦了3.5kgs.
以下是我這一星期每天吃的 (都固定) :
早餐: 無糖豆漿 + 多穀物餅乾一包 (裡面5小片)
午餐: 7-11 御飯團 + 茶葉蛋 (有時候茶葉蛋會換成寒天)
晚餐: 超市的烤雞胸肉一塊(去皮) + 一份燙青菜(不加肉燥) + 一顆芭樂
運動方面 :
早上睡醒先做1000下甩手功 (約20分鐘)
中午吃飽飯30分鐘內不坐下
傍晚到附近公園慢跑或快走40分鐘
晚上洗澡前1000下甩手功
睡前50下仰臥起坐+15分鐘抬腿
另外,不吃零食,宵夜,也戒吃我最愛的辣和炸食 > <"
還要大量喝水 - 2500cc
以上是我的分享,希望我可以瘦到 48kgs :)
