我是女生
20歲
身高168
體重53~54
BMI 19.13
體脂 19左右
我一年多前開始減肥,從66公斤開始
利用算熱量,固定游泳的方式(前幾個月有吃中藥)
現在體重已經到我的目標了
但是我的飲食習慣改了好多
不知道是好還是不好
因為爸爸一直覺得我太瘦了(可能是鎖骨太明顯)
我也一直下定決心"正常吃"
但我一直遇到問題
就是我不敢"放心吃"
看到媽媽炒菜放了很多油就不敢吃
看到高熱量的也不敢吃
甜點麵包能不吃就不吃(但其實我很愛...)
更讓我煩惱的事我幾乎整天都在想下一餐吃什麼
會不會太油了,會不會不健康
夾菜我也只敢夾清淡的菜
突然想要來po文是因為剛剛媽媽滷了一大鍋肉
我看到一塊肉有半塊油就快昏倒了
感覺吃那麼多油超不健康
但我也想向別人一樣不會想東想西能想吃就吃
看到同學PO好吃的下午茶會很羨慕很想吃
真的端到我前面我卻不敢碰
這是減肥的後遺症嗎?
我想請問大家我該怎麼辦
我現在在乎的是自己的健康
我不想再瘦了
但是面對那一鍋肉
應該是很幸福的卻好像毒藥一樣...
拜託大家幫幫我~
