之前看到FITNESS版上有一篇文章
關於已經持續運動一年多 大腿仍然紋風不動
我也有深深的感慨阿……..
我158 47KG 女生
體脂前幾天去康是美量 19
這些數字聽起來 大家都會說
"妳已經很瘦了 為什麼還要瘦???"
因為……..因為…….
都胖在下半身阿~~~~~!!!!
大腿圍52CM 小腿33CM
跟上半身一整個不搭…………………………
而且…..重點是 都是鬆鬆的肉…
我想我那些體脂…. 應該都是這些地方貢獻的….
不過我平常就有運動習慣
平日
每天早上天氣好 會騎腳踏車來回大概1小時
天氣不好 在家踏踏步機約40分鐘
或是去爬我家大樓樓梯12層 我會爬5趟(共60層) 下樓搭電梯
晚上 一 三 五 也會騎腳踏車來回大概1小時
二四 跳有氧2小時
假日兩天的運動 天氣好也會去騎腳踏車 會騎遠一點 來回大概2個半~3小時
天氣不好 早晚在家踏踏步機各約40分鐘
上面的運動 絕對持續至少兩年以上………
人有瘦…..但瘦不到我要的下半身…..
我深深體會 基因決定瘦哪裡……
我每年都想穿上美美的短褲裙子
可是…..都因為胖胖腿&胖胖屁屁 完全不敢穿出去傷人眼睛…….
想上來請問大家
真的….沒法打敗基因因素嗎…….
我現在其實安慰自己 繼續運動總有一天會瘦到下半身…..
還是 版上有人能建議我該多做什麼呢?
拜託大家給我ㄧ些建議!!!!
每天看到身材比例超不搭的自己都好QQ …….
有考慮是不是該去健身房練一練器材
有到有氧版逛過
但是我對健身房的課程還是看不太懂
不知道 有沒有在板橋附近健身房運動的人能給我ㄧ些資訊呢???
(若這不能PO 我會自行刪掉這一段…..)
另外 想跟那些怕跑步or 騎腳踏車會有肌肉的人說
我是一個很好的例子…..
騎了兩年多
哪來的肌肉阿!!!!!!!
還是一堆肥肉……
肌肉不是那麼好練的……(好心酸的說法)
