我夠格參加斯巴達嗎? - 健身

請問各位大巨巨
小弟(其實45歲了)我健身約3年,平均一週進一次健身房,有請教練
從不懂到現在算小懂健身基本常識,教練課2年來上了快90堂課,
在這之前是沒在運動的,一直到現在,可以硬舉70kg 10下, 100kg 1RM
槓鈴深蹲平常自練可以60-70kg,教練帶可80kg
臥推45kg,在上去不敢,因沒人顧危險, 其他器材差不多都會使用,雖然沒全部都
使用過,不過基本知識發力都會了,高強度間些也會去做,然後像戰繩,WG完輪
胎,都輕輕鬆鬆,但是看到斯巴達,一直很想挑戰,只是不敢報名。
因為我目前唯一的弱點就是拉單槓,從以前當兵,到現在雖然健身三年,還是依
然一下都拉不起來。
另外每年都會定期 參加半馬、自行車活動,連續五年。跑步沒問題。
現在BMI26.5 體脂25.5, 算微胖,中年人肚子就是消不下去。
請問,我可以參加斯巴達嗎?會不會很遜被笑丫,45歲也算阿伯了,看YT都
是年輕人在參加,各位..我可以嗎?
