來分享一下我最近減肥的方法
我是早午餐吃special k
可以加低脂的牛奶或優酪乳
不然有的人也會加在沙拉裡面
晚餐的話就吃得清淡一點
會燙個青菜
然後選一些糖分比較少的水果
我大部分是吃芭樂比較多
這樣大概吃了有兩個星期
現在感覺我好像有變瘦了一點
體重差不多是少了一公斤多一點
不過肚子就消下去很多 還不賴
希望之後可以繼續瘦下去
到七八月就有機會穿上比基尼
