昨天去買來喝了,結果喝完後變得非常亢奮
一整晚幾乎睡不著覺
我平常有喝茶的習慣,只有喝濃茶才會有相同的問題
後來檢視瓶身,發現咖啡因含量 20mg/100ml以下
換算起來一瓶爽健美茶,咖啡因至少100mg
一個人一天咖啡因量不建議攝取超過300mg
所以以為它沒熱量想把它當水喝的要三思..(建議還是適量吧)
聽說日本有出無咖啡因的,真希望台灣也有~
