最近我跟男友常常去攀岩
有時候一攀就幾個小時
也許是開始運動以後就胃口比較好的關係吧
體重開始上升= =
但若是緩緩上升就罷了
我的體重是變的起伏劇烈!!
常常是四天異動2公斤
攀岩完隔天會變重
過幾天可能又會輕一點
搞的我心惶惶 七上八下
囧
儘管我不胖 仍是真的滿在意體重的
今天量了腰圍
嗯...
很好 沒變(呼~)
有人能替我解惑嗎??
