如題!!
現在55KG 以前是48KG
因為之前高二吃避孕藥治痘痘突然發胖7公斤
現在大一了一直維持在55
很想瘦回去
我160CM
不想太極端的不吃
所以我想選擇飲食稍微減一點量就好(一天三餐)
主要想靠運動來減肥
最近也開始去游泳~~但可能比較沒時間(學校的開館時間可能有點搭不上)

問題來了!!!!
什麼運動可以在家裡看電視做又很方便的
呼拉圈?
我朋友買了一台腳踏車器材(不知怎麼稱呼)
而不想讓肌肉變很大塊(蘿蔔腿那種)
因為我平常都騎腳踏車代步,
小腿肌有變大的趨勢,
不知道是腳踏車、游泳的關係,
還是常常站著、蹲著做事的關係。
健身車這種的比較不容易有蘿蔔腿嗎???
應該還是因人而異吧??
是要騎快的還是慢的,有分嗎??
還是有哪一種比較好的可以推薦一下
價格3000以下都接受
