看來是屬於肉肉型的
我的大腿超粗的
小腿也不細...><
想要瘦到52公斤 因為兩個月後要去日本玩
希望能穿的下她們的衣服阿....日本都是瘦子
現在我是 睡前就最抬腳運動15分鐘
還有倒踩腳踏車運動100次'
跟臥起做50次
還有抬腳運動30次
早餐吃牛奶 配香蕉或水果
午餐吃優葛 跟水果 跟水
晚餐大約在4點多吃 沙拉
喝很多水
然後 偶爾去健身房運動
可是 我覺得腿好像越來越粗..
為什麻....
