我有一個困擾 - 健身

其實這個問題困擾了我蠻久的...
看了大家推薦很多有關腹部或腿部的運動
我都會試著做做看
但每次碰到像是仰臥起坐(不管是全坐還是半坐)啦
或是躺著,然後雙腳同時慢慢抬高,停在45度角之類的運動時
總是會情不自禁的用到下背部的力量
做沒兩下就會感到背部不適
我知道這樣應該會傷到腰椎
但沒辦法控制自己去選擇用力的地方
請問大家要怎麼做才能把力量集中在腹部而不會用到背部的力量
