這是去年十月的我 狠恐怖請不要嚇到

雖說不帥好歹也人模人樣
去年十一月開始減肥
每天走路三四公里上下班
回家之後馬上騎單車12公里
不管刮風下雨 都去騎車
週末上下午共48公里 一周將近100公里
每天晚上50個仰臥起坐 四種瑜珈動作各50下 每天持續
少吃澱粉 不吃油炸 只吃蔬菜 水果 豆類 等
我澱粉吃很少啦!!但是雜糧麵包 麵 蘇打餅乾還是有吃 只是不多!
每一周末破例跑去吃麵攤
一個月只吃一次垃圾食物
現在我整個肚子沒了 臉瘦了 大腿屁股也小了
腰圍從35變成31腰還鬆鬆的
衣服都不能穿要換新 也可以穿好看的衣服了
哭哭 辛苦真的有代價
從小到大都很胖 這次終於看起來不胖了 !!!!!
