大家好,我是台南仔!
你們看到不爽盡量炮我沒關係,我撐的住!
先說一些減肥知識從哪裡來,
起初在版上得知「生酮」
之後在youtube看到被稱作妖女的「賴宇凡」
看了她的食食課課教室
也買了她的書!
展開我的瘦身大門!
她的觀念真的顛覆以往,也讓我知道澱粉的可怕!
3個月只小減2公斤
但是沒吃澱粉後我的食慾明顯變小,也不在嘴饞
遠離飲料、蜜餞還有可怕的代糖(代糖反而讓人更想吃甜的
後來,看了「劉乂鳴醫生」的影片
提間接性禁食(斷食),馬上發現瘦的慢的原因
實行早餐10點之後吃一個鮪魚漢堡,(350卡左右
下午4~5點時去吃肯德基XL雙雞!(1250卡左右
要炮了嗎?!
我的TDEE是1850左右
我這人不太會算卡路里,所以用很制式的方法製造熱量赤字
兩餐熱量讓我出現200~300的赤字
但是一點也不難受
體重每週也穩定減0.1~0.2公斤
兩個月從90.7降到87.7
這只是飲食控制而已我還沒開始運動
最近Peeta葛格也在做一連串的間歇性斷食影片
我也超有感的!
盡量炮吧!
其實只是想分享給大家一些有用的訊息來源
這版想賺錢的和東巴太多

你們可以去youtube找賴宇凡老師的食食課課教室第一集
一定要看,更要看完!
減肥第一件事是控制血糖!
影片中提到當血糖在平衡線上是儲存脂肪
在之下則是燃燒脂肪!
也就是說你吃很多高澱粉時
一直處在儲存脂肪的狀態下,
在怎麼運動都白搭。
那在無澱粉狀態血糖零波動時,
你不用花時間或體力運動
直接燃燒脂肪是不是更快!
只要醣類來不及供應,在運動時真的就在消脂肪了!
然而你們懷疑我為何有吃澱粉
因為我已經創造出熱量赤字200~300卡
我能控制自己的嘴了!
我吃什麼都沒差了!懂嗎?
至於,我的TDEE是參照歐姆龍HBF-370的值
我覺得跟瘦下來的情形差不多
應該沒什麼問題!
