我162/52 大夥們看到這先不要按2 <(_._)>請聽我細細到來,謝謝!
因為我的比例超極不OK,連以前男友都跟我說,hey!你看你的大腿居然跟我一樣粗/.\
那男人176/75之類的(忘了 噗)所以我立志想要雕塑大腿的線條,順便讓它細個幾吋~
另外附帶一提,其實我很愛吃,各國美食我通通都愛,但是我不能讓自己變胖的原因
說來很怪,愛美或穿衣好看絕對不是第一順位,是因為我心臟不是很好,我試過讓自己
順順的吃順順的長肉,可是有點胖的時候我人就會不舒服,所以這是督促我注意飲食
的原因,當你想到心臟可能無法再多負荷那份漢堡薯條所帶來的肉時,你就會克制了><
直接切入菜單,我個人希望能吃的健康又營養
早餐
1. 豆漿一大碗公(自己跟市場賣豆腐買的一大包,回來加點水滾熟就可以喝了)
2. 地瓜一條
3. 土司ㄧ片
午餐
1. 湯板條一碗不加肉燥
2. 豬皮or嘴邊肉一盤
3. 燙青菜一盤
下午茶
1. 小蕃茄很多粒 or 南瓜湯一碗(南瓜是我的愛,我每個禮拜都宰一顆做料理用)
2. 義美蘇打餅一包(五片) PS:義美幹麻把包裝弄成這樣,浪費資源又小氣~
晚餐
1. 飯半碗
2. 媽主的菜和湯(我們家飲食很淡,但一禮拜都會吃到魚、肉、菜、蛋)
運動
1. 話說我也買了x-bike(19807),我本來體能很差,剛買來騎10分鐘心臟就受不了,
我知道自己不能在這樣,所以第一個禮拜我每天騎20分鐘,第二個禮拜變成每天
30分鐘,這禮拜開始每天40分鐘,我都是連續騎,阻力調3,速度都在25左右,發現
體能越來越進步了,心臟可能因為訓練關係也比較有力,不會喘也不會不舒服(賀)
2. 做家事,發現做家事其實消耗很多體能,我又喜歡自己煮料理,一禮拜我都會下廚
好幾次,光是在那邊洗阿切,切完炒,就很累了@@
不知道我這樣的菜單和運動量適當嗎?我是因為想練心肺功能加上雕塑大腿才選擇腳踏車
我大腿簡直就是肥油庫,我全身上下的脂肪都在那裡了,請大家幫我看看!謝謝~
