我是個男生 身高168 體重 85
從四月開始 我的早餐就是 一個鮪魚吐司加一杯500CC豆漿 有糖
中餐 也是一個 火腿蛋 或是一個蔥油餅 之前都便當
每個禮拜一至四 我都會去打羽毛球 從四點五十到六點十分
晚餐即是低脂鮮乳 加上四片吐司....
看起來熱量很少
可是真的沒什麼效果 持續一個月了 還是有增重的情況
到底怎麼了 ><"
