我從過年前就開始實施午晚餐,
都不吃澱粉,只有早餐吃一個全麥饅頭,
另外兩餐都只吃燙青菜和魚,肚子如果很餓
我會選擇吃蘋果止餓,還有一個星期吃三次
紅豆湯不加糖,外加天天快走五千步,所以
我從過年到現在,體重一點都沒有增加,即
使過年期間吃了很多零食,這是分享心得。
