早餐: 小杯豆漿一杯 肉鬆蛋三明治一個
午餐: 米飯一碗 配菜一碗(青菜 魚 肉 蛋等 不拘) (正常吃)
晚餐: 便當紙盒裝滿三樣青菜
其他:
日常作息時間:一周有三天凌晨要工作 自行調整睡眠時段 其他時間作息正常
生活型態:保全工作 走路比較多
運動習慣:沒有
我的問題:
我想把體重降到六十公斤 這樣吃可以嗎
如果搭配運動 每天跑一千六 假日換游兩千 大概多久能達到目標
