我阿姨塞給了我一大堆零食 (餅乾類)
一大包打好的香蕉牛奶 (她知道我愛喝XD 可是好大一包@@)
還有一袋水果
我在想怎麼把這些東西加進飲食計畫裡面@@ 取代掉晚餐可以嗎@@?
(因為有聽過不可以用零食取代正餐>"< 那如果加上水果呢?)
