請問X-BIKE 跟跑操場哪種續航力較高 - 健身

各位晚安
最近同事持續每天跑半小時操場後 1.5個月瘦了7KG
邀我跟他一起跑
聽了很心動就一起去跑
可是我跑了半小時後心跳沒加速也沒有很累得感覺
只是隔天大腿小腿好酸=口=
不知道是因為我速度不夠快的關係嗎?
可是又怕加快速度會沒辦法持續跑半小時
因為平常上課都要上的很晚 所以也有想買一台Xbike回家踩
想請問各位
會比較建議哪一種呢?
還是交叉進行?
因為我膝蓋曾受過傷
所以想找比較不傷膝蓋的方法
麻煩各位幫忙解惑了
P.S 還想請問各位跑步或其X BIKE 也要穿運動內衣嗎?
