感覺小臂(前臂)看起來粗壯的人比較有男人味
自己靠近手腕的小臂處看起來真的有點細
帶手錶幾乎都要扣到最緊處
該如何鍛鍊自己小臂的肌肉?
我每天有做差不多50下伏地挺身
好像還不是很夠
也有用手舉啞鈴
鍛鍊手腕附近部位的肌肉
還有什麼其他有效的方法?
最好可以方便融入日常生活中的鍛鍊法
(例如,不太可能隨身攜帶啞鈴)
