想要有「清楚」的腹肌已經很久了
但狀況好的時候,
也只有出現「隱約」的4塊腹肌
必須要稍微擠一下才有
退伍之後,雖然還是維持偏瘦的體型
但感覺脂肪容易堆積在腹部
自己好像離「清楚的」腹肌越來越遠
目前一週大約做3~4次重訓
(腹部的鍛鍊主要是仰臥起坐)
還有2~3次的有氧運動
(主要是騎腳踏車)
感覺我做仰臥起坐的效果不很明顯
當兵的時候,平均仰臥起坐可做60~70下/2分
也幾乎天天有練習
卻有不見腹肌有很大的進步
現在沒像當兵練那麼勤
是不是更不可能有清楚的腹肌了?
是我練習的方法不夠有效嗎?
到底怎樣才會有清楚的腹肌?
有什麼釜底抽薪、使命必達的腹肌練習法?
我不想讓我的生命留下遺憾
