上上週,跑六天,每次一小時,休息一天,只瘦了1.5kg,上周因為膝蓋暴了只跑了二天,另外二天是騎腳踏車,休息三天,卻瘦了2.5kg,飲食每天都一樣,大家也會有這種情況嗎
