跑步一個人跑就好 - 健身

已經爬山一個月了(上下坡合計1hr)
發現體重沒有下降
只好重新開始慢跑
因為太久沒跑步
所以最近幾次跑完小腿肌肉會比較酸
以前大概是以7km/hr的方式慢跑+走
昨天在公司附近和同事繞空地跑步
雖然是各跑各的
但是或許下意識還是有競爭的想法吧
跑的比平常快
今天早上起來 小腿整個都鐵腿了
看來今天應該沒辦法跑步了
只好再去爬山吧
而且下次一個人慢慢跑就可以了
