現在的我身高162體重60
之前我都一天只吃一餐
週末運動2次
4個月掉了6公斤
過完年都全部胖回來了
我已經運動一個月
一個禮拜運動五天
跑跑走走半小時至一小時
也都正常吃(我有爬過文知道應該吃什麼對身體好)
體重完全沒變 TT
是溜溜球效應吧
我該怎麼做
才不會一直呈現省電模式呢
大家救救我
