三餐內容
早餐:茶葉蛋或加蛋土司((不加美奶滋))、無糖豆漿
午餐:一碗飯、一菜、一肉 ((大部分都用燙的))
晚餐:1~2顆芭樂或4~5顆柳丁、泡的茶
其他:偶爾還是會和朋友去聚餐 受不了還是會嘴饞吃個糖果
日常作息時間:如果隔天是早班就睡12點~5點半
如果隔天是午班就睡1點半~9點
生活型態 : 在某一捷運站當個小小的站務員
減肥方式:一個禮拜至少三次 跑+走公園一個小時
問題陳述:在我大學的時候是我的巔峰時期 那時有85KG吧
大四((去年))跑去看中醫埋線+飲食控制瘦到78KG
大學畢業後((今年))也持續在控制飲食
今年四月去了一趟韓國瘦到74KG
然後就一直對飲食方面就小心翼翼到今年八月瘦到68KG
之後就再也沒下降過了 我真的好慌阿
不知道哪裡出了差錯 請大家幫幫我~~~~~~~~~
我真的好想變瘦
