由於之前誤食了偽榮總14日減肥食譜,現在開始改變飲食習慣
吃得也還算清淡,我現在打算晚上有運動晚餐才吃澱粉類,
請問這樣的菜單還可以嗎?
我用BC-519量的基代大約1800,這準嗎?
之前吃那個榮總菜單熱量超低,一天七百卡吧,而我用這台體組成計一路量下來
基代也才掉150左右,照理來說不是會掉很多嗎? 所以很疑惑
3/18早餐 厚片土司半片+蕃茄一個
午餐 茶葉蛋+厚片土司一片+無糖高纖豆漿
晚餐 滷大白菜一盤
3/9 早餐 青菜蛋花湯冬粉(一個冬粉)+ 芭樂一個
午餐 醬油青菜拉麵 (60G的麵,約兩百卡)
晚餐 人身雞粥 (100卡,微波食品)加上滷雞腿一隻
