每天下完班後,摸摸自己的小腿肚都有種脹脹硬硬的感覺(捏不太下去),即使抬了腿
15-20分鐘的差異也不太大,剛起床那種軟軟的感覺差很多......
我上班多數都是坐著,喝水量也蠻大的,這種情況是水腫嗎??
有什麼方法可以改善呢?用腿部的舒緩霜有用嗎?
