我以前是不易瘦也不易胖的體質
但在長達半年的斷斷續續節食減肥
體重上上下下 最後還是有增無減ˊˋ
最慘的是現在變成易胖且不易瘦了 所謂的節食後溜溜球效應嗎?
總之我嚇到了!
因為節食讓我之前吃再多都沒變且維持好幾年的體重 現在只要吃多了就會急速上升!
所以我決定要用飲食控制+運動來減肥
以下是我的飲食計畫+運動計畫
早午餐正常
午餐主食盡量以燕麥代替
晚餐只喝豆漿或牛奶配兩個水果
這樣吃算是節食還是飲食控制呢? 這是我現在最大的問題~
我有搭配每天30分鐘的踏步機
