借標題問一下,看到一些文說會大吃大喝,戒不了甜食,餅乾,飲料的,
我的情形是對食物都沒什麼感覺,就是吃營養,清淡,不過量,例如早餐就是
到小七買無糖豆漿跟三明治,其他都沒有興趣,其他兩餐就是吃自助餐,為了
飲食均衡,就每餐選個三菜、一蛋或肉,沒有特別選愛吃的,因為沒有特別愛吃的
,吃魚肉也是因為品質的問題,也沒有覺得難受,因為也沒有想吃雞肉或豬肉,
飯吃大碗,也不會因為換了吃麵有比較開心,反正不要讓自己餓,不要吃完肚子難受
就好,時間到就趕快補充食物。
以前非常愛吃起司蛋糕,曾經一天之內跑了好幾家買,像天母吃吃看,或是木柵阿段
,三槐堂也讓我迷路很久,好市多起司蛋糕也被我當三餐吃,其餘零食、飲料我就沒有
興趣了,頂多喝咖啡。
不過運動之後,連唯一對食物有狂熱的蛋糕也好久沒吃,經過蛋糕櫃還是會進去看
一下,但是都沒有買,除了三明治,也沒有再吃過麵包類的食物,是打從心裡不喜歡
也不去看,別人送我飲料、蛋糕我還丟掉,一點也不想吃或喝,看到家人吃麵包,
就會上前制止(瘋了),這應該不是厭食症,因為我還是有吃到每天應該有的份量,
,不過這樣我就失去用吃來發洩壓力的管道,或者這種發洩的方式已經被運動所取代
吧。
