我想我是個典型的扁身人
照鏡子時感覺胸部的脂肪都滑到手臂裡去了 囧rz....
整個就是虎背熊腰 每天洗完澡後都花一定的時間按摩推擠
肌肉也有在持之以恆的運動
但相對之下胸部就是比手臂小
穿衣服只能認命上半身穿寬鬆款式
夏天必備的小可愛根本就是絕緣體 T___T
扁身的關係屁股也沒有肉 我想這是遺傳
每天非常勤奮的做後抬腿等體型雕塑的運動
但還是沒有什麼效果
圓身人有前凸後翹的曲線 看起來就很勻稱~~~
想請問同樣是扁身型的女生
有沒有體型雕塑的建議 >"< 感謝妳們!!
