扁身瘦下半身 是不是很困難
最近開始在晚餐採用分食法 分食法似乎是開始有點作用了
因為小腹有漸漸平了點 也許也是分量有減少了點
也有在往後抬腿 但大腿臀部似乎還沒有效用
有沒有什麼其他有效的方法呢
