小弟最近踏上減肥之路
以前的觀念就是覺得只要有運動有流汗就能夠幫助減肥
到了此板發現減肥最快的道路似乎是慢跑
只要心跳率在130以上並維持30分鐘以上的運動就能燃燒脂肪(有錯請指正)
所以有時候會去學校跑個45分鐘的慢跑
而平時有打籃球的習慣
我想問的是
以心跳率在130以上並維持30分鐘的點來思考
打球時很激烈 心跳率一定會維持在130以上
但是可能無法持續連續三十分鐘
小弟的運動習慣大概是去打兩個半小時的球
打球是報隊的 輸了就要下場等輪流
所以無法把心跳率一直維持三十分鐘以上
請問這樣對減肥還有幫助嗎?
或者是只是比起慢跑比較沒有效率而已呢?
