把辦公椅換成抗力球? - 健身

最近覺得自己一整天花在坐在椅子上的時間真的很多
有在考慮站著工作
或是將辦公椅換成抗力球(彈力球) --->大家覺得這招可行嗎?
雖然光是用想像的就覺得那個畫面很好笑
可是我是很認真在考慮...
因為看到網路上有人說將椅子改成抗力球有這樣的好處:
「使用核心肌群的肌肉,可以訓練肌力與平衡感,
而且駝背、鬆懈地坐在球上較難平衡,
所以自然而然就坐正啦! 也可以幫我們改善駝背的壞習慣! 」
另外我也有查到別人說這麼坐在抗力球上一整天很容易全身痠痛無力
(因為要一直保持平衡)
讓人感覺又愛又怕啊.....
我是真的頗想順便練一下核心肌群 只是怕自己無法負荷XD
