如題
之前已經跳過一年多的有氧了 (一般有氧和拳擊有氧)
後來改練瑜珈和肚皮舞
有鑒於最近體重直線上升
想回去繼續練有氧
訴求是可以幫助瘦身 燃燒熱量
不知道大家推薦 飛輪有氧 還是全擊有氧
還是其實一般有氧就可以了
